How do I reset my password?

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password. The link expires after 24 hours.

How do I share photos with family members?

Create a Share Page from your library or album. You can set a password for protection, customize the layout, and set an expiration date. Share the link with your family and they can view your pet memories without needing an account.

What file types are supported?

We support common image formats (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, HEIC) and video formats (MP4, MOV, WebM). Maximum file size varies by plan.

How do NFC tags work?

7PAWS NFC tags can be attached to your pet's collar. When someone taps the tag with their phone, they'll be taken directly to your pet's share page. This is great for sharing memories or even as a digital ID tag.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes, you can delete your account from the Account settings page. This will permanently delete all your data, including photos, albums, and share pages within 30 days. We recommend downloading your data first.
